| Receiving Your Order |
Please follow these guidelines:

Upon receipt of your new merchandise, please inspect it carefully as to contents and condition. All claims for damaged or missing items MUST be reported to UCA within three (5) business days of receipt of merchandise. In the event your package arrives damaged, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the carrier to inspect the package to assure full refund/replacement. All packaging MUST be retained until the problem has been resolved. |

Carefully unpack and inspect all merchandise. Please DO NOT damage the manufacturer's packaging. DO NOT throw away any material included with the package until you are absolutely certain the product has not been damaged. We cannot accept merchandise for return with incompleted or damaged or missing collateral material. |

Maintain your Invoice. Read all instruction manuals BEFORE testing your equipment. |

UCA accepts no responsibility nor liability for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from the installation or operation of any merchandise purchased from us. |

| Return/Exchange Policy |
Our policy is that you may return or exchange an item, excluding any shipping charge, within a period of thirty (30) days for lock merchandise and fourteen (14) days for accessories, if you are not satisfied with the products. If defective, items may be exchanged for the same title only. Special Order items are not returnable. UCA will not accept any returns or exchanges on Batteries, Memory Chips, User Keys or any other consumable products.
Prior to returning any item, YOU MUST call Customer Service for pre-approval with RMA number. All merchandise purchased from UCA is sold in its original factory packaging with all contents as supplied to us by the manufacturer. Items can be returned only if in original packaging, same new condition as sold with literature/instructions . Place the manufacturer's box into a shipping box. Please do not put any stickers or labels on the original manufacturer's packaging. Please ship the items back to us prepaid. For your protection, make sure to insure the package. UCA cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST
If any of the above conditions are not met, UCA reserves the right to either refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee for not less then 15%. |

| Warranties |
| Most items sold by UCA are covered by a manufacturer's one year parts warranty (Labor is not included). |

| Sales Tax Policy |
Total charges for any order will include the item(s) you specify plus shipping/handling. If the order is shipped within Texas, the law requires that local sales tax(8.25%) be added to the order total including the amount of the shipping charge. If you have resale or tax exempt status, please send certificate to us prior the order.
No tax applied to orders shipped out of Texas State. |

Our standard shipping method within the continental USA, except Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, is UPS ground - Approx. 3-5 Business days delivery from shipping date.
Other options include Federal Express, USPS, DHL, per customer's request.
For International customers, we can ship via Air Parcel Post, or International Federal Express, UPS, DHL depending on the weight, value, and destination of your merchandise. Please note that UCA is not responsible for and can offer no specific advice on import fees, duty, Customs or taxes that you may be charged when merchandise reaches the port of entry. Please consult your local government import office with any questions. |
